The primary business of OOL is retained executive search.  We are retained by a corporation to conduct a specific recruiting assignment at the executive level.  Typically these assignments are the “Director”, “Vice President” and “C Suite” level.  We pride ourselves in becoming intimately familiar with our corporate client’s business, markets, assets, challenges and culture.  We conduct extensive behavioral interviews to determine the “right fit” for each engagement.
