Contract Recruiter

We are interested in hiring an experienced recruiter to augment our practice. As the firm continues to expand, we require an individual who will develop sourcing strategies and team with our Engagement Managers to deliver high quality, efficient solutions. Selected candidate must have strong communication skills to develop relationships with candidates, customers, and key centers of influence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the development of search/recruiting strategy
  • Identify candidate pools utilizing available sourcing channels (Industry Associations, Directories, University Postings, Social Media, etc.)
  • Develop alternative strategies to help identify prospects in targeted markets
  • Gather market knowledge of specific industries and/or companies that can help expedite recruiting process
  • Identify and develop relationship with industry experts and candidate sources
  • Assist with identifying sales & marketing opportunities and delivering knowledge to marketing and engagement managers


  • BS/BA degree in Business or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience researching in Manufacturing, Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services or Energy/Utility markets
  • Prior experience in the search industry would be preferred
  • Enjoy internal and external interfacing
  • Possess a solutions oriented, creative mind
  • Team Player

Engagement Manager

We are interested in augmenting our consulting staff with a sales oriented executive.  Ideally the candidate we seek will be capable of managing their own P&L for a business segment.  A strong background and interest in building a customer portfolio is critical.

We will train the individual in all aspects of interviewing/selection and the strategic selling/marketing process.  The selected individual should have 10+ years business experience and possess an “intrapreneurial” attitude.

As we continue to grow, it is crucial that we build exceptional talent to help our customers attract human capital that drives their business.

To qualify:

  • BS from reputable university, MBA a plus
  • 10 years broad based business experience
  • At least 4 years proven record of achievement in a sales management role
  • A consultative style of selling
